This book is more literature than romance. Exactly like it is categorized. The leading female is described as having poor impulse control and making bad decisions. However, you can’t help from liking her. She is trying to make good decisions and take care of her loved ones. The story keeps you guessing. The ending sequence is clever. Looking forward to the second book.
One thing that stuck with me is that the leading lady will start with confessing a bad thing to a group to accomplish credibility. This makes our heroine unique and interesting.
