Series – Man Hands
Expectations – Been enjoying books by Sarina Bowen so I thought I would give this one a try.
There are so many good things in this book. The dirty talk, the characters, the humor and the pacing, all keep this book moving. However, something is a little off for me. Things get steamy and then it fizzles. Usually with something humorous. I start getting invested in the lead characters and then they become spazzy caricatures of themselves. There is so much potential but the overdone humor takes away instead of adds to this story for me.
It’s like finding raisins in your chocolate chip cookies.
