Expectations – contemporary romance filled with humor. These types of books can be really good but also have a high rate of misses for me.
This is more humor than romance. My biggest criticism is that the female lead isn’t relatable. She is supposed to have tattoos, piercings and own a computer tech company. Nothing in her narrative really fits this edgier look.
There is a lot of daydreaming that did not enhance the story and felt like a poor substitute for an actual romance in the story. Do not recommend
